Abstract:	為了滿足顧客全產品的需求，另一方面，又必須使企業的運作具有最大的效率，網絡組織是近來備受討論的組織型式。在中國式的企業網絡中，人際網絡扮演相當重要的角色，企業與企業之間的運作，因為人情關係的介入，使得決策速度更快，彈性更高，因而形成台灣特有的企業網絡特性，使台灣的中小企業在外銷市場上擁有獨特的競爭力。而網路科技的興起，使企業網絡的特性產生改變，企業之間的運作變得更有效率，節省了許多不必要的成本，如單據的費用、人員的費用、以及減少錯誤發生等。
