Abstract:	當企業經營邁向地區多元化的時候，駐外人員管理政策必須與企業的地區多元化策略相互配合。而除了事業策略與功能政策間的相互配合關係外，企業因地區多元化經驗所積累的經驗與資源，也會影響企業的駐外人員管理政策內容。因此，本研究嘗試透過深度訪談與次級資料的蒐集，針對下列三項問題進行研究：
