Title:	兩岸製造業生產管理實務之標竿比較研究

Abstract:	「什麼是企業贏的策略﹖怎樣才能提高競爭力呢﹖答案很簡單，就是不斷地降低成本或是提高產品或服務的附加價值」。而提高產品或服務的附加價值，可以經由持續創新、高品質、高彈性、短而可信賴的交期，以及顧客滿意來達成。然而在資源有限的情況下，策略必須有所選擇。有效的製造策略是選擇那些能讓企業獲得可持久競爭優勢的競爭能力(Competitive Capability)，以及推動能培養該能力的製造實務。本研究參考波士頓大學(Boston University)所發展的策略標竿問卷(Strategic Benchmarking Questionnaire)，配合兩岸的環境來設計問卷。調查台灣製造業與大陸製造業在成本、品質、交期、彈性、創新、服務六個構面下，所重視的競爭能力與製造實務，並進一步標竿比較其差異性，做競爭力分析，以尋求良好的生產管理作法與應用場合。本研究方法為專家意見法、問卷調查法，以及實地研究法。在問卷調查方面，選擇兩岸優良企業進行抽樣調查。台灣共寄出問卷200家，回收有效問卷60家，有效問卷回收率30%。大陸亦回收問卷60家。並透過近十餘家企業的實地研究，作調查結果的交叉驗證而得到以下結論﹕
