Abstract:	高階主管資訊系統(EIS)國外自80年代已大力提倡，成果卓著，國內金業經營已趨向國際化、多角化，經營環境的瞬息萬變，競爭激烈，已使企業經理人殷切期盼一套整合性的決策支援工具，以輔助其研擬策略，訂定目標。目前國內資訊科技在管理領域之應用，仍大多停留在交易處理系統(TPS)與管理資訊系統(MIS)階段，決策支援系統(DSS)在某些專業領域中方多所應用，但對高階主管(CEO)決策之用時，失之資料不足、過多、繁雜或時效不彰。專屬企業CEO的EIS，仍在萌芽階段，遂引發吾人探究之動機。
