Title:	我國對大陸經貿政策之執行分析

Abstract:	本文主要是整理政策執行理論的相關文獻，歸納出四大主體的執行分析變數，凡政策議題性質、政策內容、執行體系及組織能力，以及標的團體四項，各項變數各有滿足其分析意義的內涵。而論文即將利用這些分析變數及其內涵，分析目前相當攸關兩岸關係、臺灣未來進一步經濟發展與亞太地位的對大陸經貿政策。所使用的研究方法除了必要的文獻閱讀法之外，另就人力資源方面訪談政府相關部會。
