Abstract:	蕙風詞話一書，素受詞家名輩推許，究其論詞旨趣，乃間雜於零章散則中，然蛇灰蚓線，自有理脈可尋，爰為排比歸納，構架系統，本篇論文主旨如是。全篇分六章：第一章簡介作者，分生平簡歷與性情學養二節，並附年譜簡表。第二章探討著述之背景，分著述動機、成書經過與年代、其書版本與體例二節。第三章探討其論詞之基本觀點，並溯厥源流，亦分二節。第四章探討其創作論，分原理與方法二節，學詞之道亦見此章。第五章探討其批評論，分批評之法與角度、歷代詞家述評二節。第六章結論，述本書之特色，且略加批評。共為一冊，計六萬字。
