Abstract:	本論文共一冊，約三萬五千字，計分為以下六章。第一章：概論：敘述本研究之動機、問題與研究對象之背景，並介紹本報告之結構。第二章：相關理論檢討與研究設計：敘述有關工作特性與工作滿足關係之理論，列舉有關研究文獻；並說明本研究之設計與資料蒐集、分析方法及研究限制等。第三章：工作特性與工作滿足之衡量：說明工作特性與工作滿足之含義與本研究所運用之衡量方法，對各量表之信度效度加以檢定與討論。第四章：我國實驗銀行與非實驗銀行在工作特性與工作滿足上之差異：說明兩類銀行客觀工作特性的差異：並探討銀行職員在主觀感受上是否不同。對工作滿足各指標亦應用相同之差異檢定方法以探兩類銀行之異同。第五章：工作特性與工作滿足之關係：分別探討工作特性各構面與各種工作滿足指標間的關係，並研究個人對高層次需求強度及個人成就動機對上述關係之影響力。第六章：結論與建議：綜合敘述本研究之結論，並提出建議及進一步研究之方向。
