    Abstract: 一、研究目的與研究方法
    Δ目的：旨在研究台灣證券交易制度之發展情況及其問題，重點包括：(1)證券市場的功能，(2)我國證券交易制度的演進、及各項有關法令規定等，(3)我國目前推出的信用交易效果的探討，及未來的展望等。
    Δ方法：理論部份：研讀證券市場有關書籍及專門論著；實務部份，參看法令規定，並請教師長，利用統計資料分析當日交易與例行交易的比重。
    二、本文內容：
    Δ說明證券市場發達之原因，證券發行市場及證券流通市場的關係以及其功能，以及我國證券交易所的業務性質等。
    Δ闡述各派對證券交易制度的看法，並指出本文研究方向，並對投資、投機二者加以介紹。
    Δ研究英、美、日等先進國家的交易制度，主要介紹美、日的保證金交易，及英、法的清算交易。
    Δ探討台灣證券交易制度的演進過程，並對其間的法令規定，以及證券市場的情況予以介紹。
    Δ研究當前所實施的信用交易制度，分析當前情況，並介紹當前信用交易的重點，並對其辦法加以檢討。
    Δ提出結論及建議，以美、日二國證券市場成功的因素作為我國參考，並對各有關人士提出建議。
