Title:	應用充分性於抽樣推算的研究

Abstract:	一個優良的推算式，必須具備四個要件，及無偏性，高效性，一致性及充分性，而在抽樣理論中，特別偏重無偏性及高效性。事實上根據Rao-Blackwell定理知，若將充分性應用於尋求最優的族群微常數推算式，常能使範圍縮小，而獲致較佳的結果。本篇即根據這種構想，應用充分統計量於改善等機率與不等機率簡單逢機抽樣中族群平均數的推算式，為使本篇理論趨於完善起見，首先於第二章闡述充分統計量的意義，並說明由Basu與pathak等在抽樣理論中所定義的充分統計量不同於一般嚴格數學演述者，從而島論出順序統計量亦與一般常見者迥異。第三章說明應用新導出的順序統計量於等機率簡單逢機抽樣中，可獲致變方較小的推算式。為了清晰起見，吾人以歸還與不歸還兩種抽樣方法分別加以闡論，結果得知在歸還抽樣中由於順序統計量的作用，使得新求出的推算式，較一般常用者為佳，而在不歸還抽樣中所得結果與一般常用者一樣。最後特舉一例，以比較所求出的推算式與一般常用者變方的大小，而證實本章所述。第四章及應用順序統計量於不等機率簡單逢機抽樣中，結果得知不論
