Title:	獎勵投資條例有關租稅減免問題之研究

Abstract:	根據我國現行獎勵投資條例第五十二條規定，該條例適用的期限將於本年十二月卅一日屆滿。在以往九年多的期間裡，讓條例曾經配合第三、四期暨第五期前二年經建計劃的實施，對於誘導投資與促進生產，發揮了相當的功能，使得我國經濟的成長，突飛猛進，而見重於國際，這是不容抹煞的事實。目前行政院賦稅改革委員會。正延聘國內外學者專家，共同研議，著手修訂現行獎勵投資條例，並邀請立法院財經兩委員會立法委員，以及從事工商業、金融、學術、新聞等各界人士舉行座談，交換意見，以便集思廣益，修訂現行獎勵投資條例，待其十年兩個月廿天施行期滿後繼續實施時，能更臻完善，更切合工商業之實際需要。本文之內容，以研究獎勵投資條例有關租稅減免的部份為主，其他方面則未予討論。
