Title:	運用要徑法(CPM)之個案研究

Abstract:	要徑法(Gritical Path Method)技術的引進，已有數年，至於實施的情形，尚少有報導，偶見的報導，也是語焉不詳。本篇論文，深受資料缺乏之限制，但也因而確信，本論文對於施行要徑法的人士，有其參考的價值。本篇論文共分七章：第一章：「緒論」，說明撰寫本論文的動機和資料搜集的經過。第二章：「工程管理的發展」，因為本論文的實例取自建築工程，故追源工程管理的發展，同時說明本篇論文偏重要徑法(CPM)的原因。第三章：「理論與方法簡介（一）」；簡略的介紹要徑法的理論和進行的步驟及其方法，包括應用的步驟，時間的估計，網形圖的繪製，以至網形圖的計算，和找出緊要作業路線。第四章：「理論與方法簡介（二）」，這一章是上一章的延展，包括怎樣縮短工期，資源的分配使用，成本的分析，以及執行時的報告。
