Title:	論中國知識產權法律體系的協調化

Abstract:	中國已在短短20 餘年的時間建立了知識產權法律體系，但該法律體系仍然存在不少問題，嚴重影響了中國的知識產權保護水準。協調知識產權法律體系是建設創新型國家的必然要求。目前學者們提出了多種協調知識產權法律體系的思路，筆者認為最好的辦法是通過制定知識產權法典來實現這一目標。 Though legal system of intellectual property rights has been established in a short period of over 20 years in China , a few problems need to solve in it, as severely affects the level of protecting intellectual property rights in China . To coordinate legal system of intellectual property rights is a must for building a country of innovation, for which scholars have provided varied thinking clues nowadays. And the writer views codifying intellectual property rights as the preferable way to realize the goal.
