Title:	我國影音媒體政策及其執行績效總體檢

Abstract:	此一「影音媒體政策績效總體檢」（以下簡稱「媒體政績總體檢」），是由前監察委員黃煌雄和黃勤鎮主動調查，自2004年3月起至8月，針對現行影音媒體政策和電視、電影、音樂和廣播等四大產業進行調查，其中除了向各政策主管機關（包括新聞局、文建會、交通部、通傳會、經濟部、經建會等）調閱相關資料外，也同時邀請電視、電影、音樂、廣播等相關領域的專家學者，以及有線電視台經營者、頻道經營者、廣播電台業者等總共64人，舉辦了九場專案諮詢座談會議。此外亦實地訪查台、華、公視、客家電視、宏觀電視，以及復興、漢聲、台北、教育、警察、中央廣播電台，並參考相關學術研討會發表的論文資料，綜合而精簡地彙整成185頁的調查報告。
