Abstract:	中國意圖於南海建構環繞於領土、主權與海洋權益問題之優勢，並以對抗美軍優勢為目的，遂積極擴張在南海的角色，導致與聲索國形成摩擦。美國對此加強警戒，進個行包含與同盟國強化關係之「再平衡」，中美於南海有對立加深之傾向。 With aims of building favorable position in issues of territorial disputes and maritime rights and opposing military predominance of the United States in this region, the People’s Republic of China aggressively expands into the South China Sea, causing serious tension with concerning countries. The US is increasing alerted by China’s assertive behaviors and is pursuing the “rebalancing” strategy that strengthens its ties with allied countries and partners. US-China contention over the South China Sea is predicted to intensify.
