    Abstract: 國內傳播研究期刊的書評似乎有個奇怪現象－所評論的書籍大多重理論輕實務、重歐美輕台灣、重前輩輕後進。事實上，傳播是社會科學領域中與實務關係最為密切的學門，學術導向的著述多有隔靴搔癢之憾。而國外的東西雖多少有參考價值，但偏離本地土壤的滋養，卻也常見小學而大遺的窘境。此外，雖說有志不在年高，但某些事務顯然年輕人比較能通解。所以，這回就讓我們來評評一本既實務又本土，而且是個三十來歲五年級生寫就的小書吧。
