    Abstract: 薪酬策略,與企業的經營理念息息相關,影響著組織的績效,並形構企業組織文化。本文試圖描述聯合報系的薪酬策略特質,並試圖了解該報系在不同發展階段,如何活用其薪酬策略,搭配其企業發展,而藉由本個案的研究,作者也試圖揭露薪酬策略對新聞產製的影響。研究結果顯示,相對於本地其他報社,聯合報薪酬策略的確發揮了人才留用與激勵的作用,並影響其員工的新聞價值判斷、採訪互動、成就需求。
    As one element of managerial strategies, compensation, which is connected with managerial ideologies, influences objective performance and formalizes the organizational culture. This artical tries to describe the features of compensation strategy in the United Daily News Enterprise and to understand how the Enterprise utilizes them in the courses of press development as a whole. It reveals that the compensation strategies influence news performance and professional values among its reporters and editors in the organizational interrelationship of media production.
