Title:	圖書館行動服務使用者需求及滿意度之研究-以臺北市立圖書館為例 The needs and satisfaction of users on mobile services-a case study of Taipei Public Library

Abstract:	行動裝置的普及化及便捷性，促進圖書館推展行動服務。本研究以臺北市立圖書館12歲以上之使用者為研究對象，透過問卷調查法，瞭解行動服務的使用現況，並分析使用者之資訊需求與滿意度情形。根據問卷分析結果，提出四項結論：(一)臺北市立圖書館行動服務之使用現況，使用過比例略少於未使用過比例，以「女性」居多，主要利用「智慧型手機」來使用行動服務，獲知管道以「圖書館網頁」為主；(二)臺北市立圖書館行動服務使用者需求，以「預約圖書」之資訊需求最高，並重視「個人化」、「即時化」與「多元化」之需求；(三)使用者對臺北市立圖書館行動服務的整體滿意度趨近於滿意，其中對「行動服務方便使用」、「行動服務提供新穎館藏資源」、「行動服務提供即時更新資訊」、以及「行動服務增加閱讀機會」之滿意度高；(四)臺北市立圖書館不同使用者，對「預約圖書」、「詢問問題」、「查詢館藏目錄」及「續借圖書」之資訊需求有明顯差異情形。最後依據上述研究結論，針對實施行動服務之圖書館，以及後續研究者，提出相關建議。 The popularity and convenience of mobile devices has facilitated libraries to promote mobile services. The participants in this study are the users of Taipei Public Library (TPL) aged 12 and over. The study aims to explore the current utilization of mobile services through the questionnaire survey method and analyze users’ needs and satisfaction. Based on the analysis of the questionnaires, four conclusions are drawn in the study: (1) Current utilization of TPL mobile services: the proportion of the participants who have utilized the mobile services is slightly lower than that of those who have not; the users of mobile services are mostly female, their mobile-service utilization is mainly made with smartphones, and they acquire information frequently from library web pages; (2) Users’ needs of TPL mobile services: the information about placing a hold is in highest demand, and the personalized, real-time, and diversified needs are also emphasized; (3) Users’ satisfaction over TPL mobile services: the participants are almost satisfactory in terms of the degree of overall satisfaction, and they especially show high satisfaction in four advantages that mobile services possess, which are the convenience for use, the provision of novel collections, the immediate update of information, and the increasing reading opportunities; (4) Differences in information needs of TPL users: the differences in information needs are obviously shown in the services of placing holds, asking questions, searching in library catalog, and renewing checkouts. At the end of the study, relevant suggestions based on the above research conclusions are provided as reference for the libraries implementing mobile services and the researchers interested in the related issues in the future.
