    Title: 台北報紙不良醫藥廣告現狀之研究

    Abstract: 本文旨在探究台北報紙不良醫藥廣告氾濫的因素與可能的補救作法。本文指出，不良醫藥廣告氾濫可歸咎於下列因素：(1)報紙過分重視商業收入；(2)法令的不周全；(3)功能團體的漠視；(4)廣告市場與傳播媒介的依存關係；(5)讀者的沉默。此外，本文也提出以下補救辦法：(1)衛生立法方面：我國衛生法令漏洞百出，因此，淨化報紙當以修改或增訂衛生法令為急務；(2)新聞自律方面：新聞評議會的組織以及職權有待加強；(3)廣告市場方面：應該拓展醫藥廣告之外的廣告市場；(4)功能團體方面：功能團體的組織與職權如果能十分健全，不良醫藥廣告亦可能逐漸的減少；(5)讀者方面：熱心社會公益的讀者如能隨時協助舉發不良醫藥廣告，不良廣告或許會收斂；(6)媒介競爭方面：應思考國內廣告市場，是否能支撐起現存的媒介？是否應給予傳播媒介有限度的限制？
