    Title: 我們需要一個新的新聞制度理論

    Abstract: 新聞學告訴我們，新聞寫作不能有主觀成分，記者要把看到聽到的原原本本告訴閱聽眾，但又告訴我們，有衝突、刺激性的事件才是好新聞，這兩大新聞原則，模糊了人民耳目，使人民懷疑民主政治的績效；目前的美國正遭遇這些新聞原則的規定而無法自拔。

    我對自由主義新聞價值的批評如下：在抗戰期間，外國記者不在意前線士兵與後方民眾奮鬥的生活實況，只報導共幹提供的幕後祕辛，將新聞當作商品。因此，新聞事業在自由主義的翼護下，發展成強凌弱，資產集中的壟斷局勢。

    但三民主義卻認為一切有關公眾的政治活動，絕不能放任最大多數的不知不覺者去作主管理；三民主義鼓勵大家努力追求理想人生，實現大同主義，這就是三民主義賦予我們新聞記者的責任。

    關於三民主義報業制度的藍圖，在李瞻的《比較新聞學－報業原理、制度與批評》一書中有明確的建議，並強調新聞事業應由公營與民營並存，才能避免私營壟斷之弊。
