    Abstract: 在本文中我們主要針對帶後綴-нича-/-ича-的動詞進行語義及構詞層面上的探討。在語義層面上，該類動詞可分為〈事業活動〉、〈行為〉和〈特徵〉三大類，在後兩者中大部分的動詞皆帶否定評價意義及口語修辭色彩。另外，否定評價常發生於派生的過程當中。在構詞層面上，其生產詞為表人名詞、非表人名詞及性質形容詞，而其派生詞則為表示抽象過程及事業活動意義的名詞及表示程度加強意義的動詞。此外，多派生現象為本類動詞在構詞上的重要特徵。
