    Title: 我國郵政業務宣傳效果之研究

    Abstract: 本文旨在探究國內郵政業務的宣傳效果，共分為兩個研究階段。首先，本文採用「內容分析法」分析郵政業務本身的宣傳內容。其次，本文採用「調查研究法」探究郵政業務的宣傳效果，並獲得以下主要的成果：(1)個人性別、年齡、教育程度的不同，其瞭解郵政業務的程度也會不同；(2)個人性別、年齡、教育程度、職業與郵局關係的不同，其參與郵局業務的程度會不同；(3)個人年齡、經濟狀況的不同，對郵政人員的評價也不同；(4)個人看報紙、書籍、雜誌、電影、使用電話等習慣的不同，其瞭解郵政業務的程度也不同；(5)個人看報紙、書籍、雜誌、電影、使用電話、寫信等習慣的不同，其參與郵局業務的程度會不同。本文建議，報紙的普遍程度與電視相仿，但是宣傳成本較低，應加強利用，例如把郵政業務刊登在國內要聞版、社會新聞版、地方新聞版。
