    Title: 陸資在臺投資經營績效的決定因素:進入模式所扮演的角色

    Abstract: 隨著大陸驅動著「走出去」政策,近年來更積極推動「一帶一路」發展基礎建設計劃,不斷擴大及優化產業供應鏈及國際產能間的合作,陸資事業更不斷跨足海外市場大舉投資或併購,牽動了現有兩岸經貿合作投資關係。
    本研究以陸資事業為研究對象,在Dunning的折衷理論為分析架構下,探討「所有權優勢」、「內部化優勢」及「區位優勢」與「進入模式」等四大構面分析與經營績效有關之影響因素,經過實證研究發現,「資產密集度」、「市場潛力」、「勞動素質」及「進入模式」等4項變數為陸資事業經營績效之重要決定因素。
    進一步探討選擇進入模式策略下與經營績效表現之關聯性,並採以「進入模式」為交叉項變數,研究結果發現除「產業分工」選擇低控制程度進入模式外,「資產密集度」及「人力成本」採高控制程度進入模式,有助於經營績效表現。另從實證研究印證陸資事業在臺灣投資選擇適當的進入模式策略後,臺灣仍保有所有權、區位及內部化等三大優勢,有利於經營績效之盈餘決定,並成為陸資事業選擇在臺投資主要考量因素。
