    Title: 組織資訊理論與研究導向之探討

    Abstract: 本文旨在評述有關「組織資訊流動」之理論與研究導向，以作為後續理論探討與實證研究之參考。就理論層面而言，本文認為社會系統是個體的集合，而「人」應是研究關切的對象；以「人」為出發點，組織研究即在探討「個體」與「團體」這兩個次系統之間的交流狀況，以及這兩個次系統與總體組織之間的交流狀況。就研究層面而言，本文指出「組織資訊流動」研究可分為描述性與探索因果關係兩個導向。描述性導向在探討某個或某些組織之資訊流動狀況，探索因果關係則可分為兩類：(1)資訊流動狀況對組織的影響；(2)資訊本質對資訊流動的影響。此外，本文在檢視過去相關研究之後，發現三個主要缺點：(1)顯得零亂，缺乏系統性；(2)過分偏重靜態之研究；(3)理論建構不堅實。
