    Abstract: 本文旨在評述有關「組織資訊流動」之理論與研究導向,以作為後續理論探討與實證研究之參考。就理論層面而言,本文認為社會系統是個體的集合,而「人」應是研究關切的對象;以「人」為出發點,組織研究即在探討「個體」與「團體」這兩個次系統之間的交流狀況,以及這兩個次系統與總體組織之間的交流狀況。就研究層面而言,本文指出「組織資訊流動」研究可分為描述性與探索因果關係兩個導向。描述性導向在探討某個或某些組織之資訊流動狀況,探索因果關係則可分為兩類:(1)資訊流動狀況對組織的影響;(2)資訊本質對資訊流動的影響。此外,本文在檢視過去相關研究之後,發現三個主要缺點:(1)顯得零亂,缺乏系統性;(2)過分偏重靜態之研究;(3)理論建構不堅實。
