    Abstract: 本稿では、2014 年 の「ひまわり運動 」の発生から 2016 年 1 月の総 統選挙・立法委員選挙での民進党の勝利にいたる台湾の政治変動の 背景を理解する試みとして、馬英九政権期の中台経済関係を検討し た。馬政権の成立を機に、台湾から中国への一方向的な移動を基本 とした中台間の人‧ 資金‧ 財の流れは「双方向化」した。 またこの 時期に、中国は台湾に対する利益供与を通じた政治的取り込み策を 積極的に展開した。しかし、台湾社会のなかで、経済的なチャネル を通じた中国の政治的影響力の浸透メカニズムと、その中で一部の 台湾の企業家‧ 政治家が果たしている「協力者」としての役割が可 視化されるに従い、中国との経済関係の深まりの帰結に対する台湾 の人々のパーセプションには変化が生じ た。2014-16 年に顕在化した 政治変動の背後には、以上のような「中国ファクター」の発現と可 視化、これへの反発の醸成というプロセスがあったと考えられる。
