    Abstract: 波灣戰爭引發了一場由美國領導的新軍事事務革命,探討高科技對未來的戰爭型態與形式之影響。本文主旨在嘗試從美國「軍事事務革命」的探討,理解此一新興的軍事概念,並提出個人對此「革命浪潮」的省思,以作為我國是否也應加入這場「革命浪潮」的建議。
    The Gulf War brought out a revolution in thinking about military affairs, especially in the form and types of future wars. This new thinking has been called the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA). The US is the current leader in RMA of our times. Should Taiwan follow this frend? This paper tries to provide some reflection on these issues.
