Abstract:	本文旨在對李金銓所著的《媒介帝國主義的再思考》進行批判性地檢視，以釐清「媒介帝國主義」的概念，並且對該書提出批評。在《媒介帝國主義的再思考》一書中，李金銓認為「非馬克斯主義的媒介帝國主義論」才是較客觀、持平的觀點，因為它兼顧了「媒介傳散論」與「新馬克斯主義的媒介帝國論」。然而，本研究也指出李金銓著作有幾項缺點：(1)該書對新馬克斯主義與依附理論的了解，與依附理論的基本主張有相當歧異；(2)該書批評依附理論忽略各國依附關係的類型和差異，以致淪為一種意識型態，也不符合依附理論的論點；(3)該書批評依附理論由於強調階級衝突，因此無法解釋為何某些國家內部的各種勢力會聯合起來對抗外來的媒介勢力，可能也有問題，因為依附理論是將焦點放在國內各階層之間的權力變化。
