Abstract:	本文旨在介紹先進國家之「電傳視訊」，研究發現如下：(1)法國：在一九七五年發表了視訊系統研究，主要特色是電話線與無線電系統併用，使用者之間也可以雙向交流；(2)西德與瑞典：這兩國都以英國系統為基礎，並力求降低成本、增加用戶間雙向交流以及圖形畫面和聲音的要求；(3)美國：從事電傳資訊事業的機構很多，大多以英國、法國及加拿大的系統為基礎，並配合既有的通訊設備及有線社區電視等的設備，以完成適合所需要的系統；(4)日本：日本的電傳視訊系統有兩種，一稱為「電視多重放送」，另一稱為「文字圖形資訊網」。「電視多重放送」使電視畫面出現文字或單獨出現文字圖形畫面，「文字圖形資訊網」是利用電視機、電話機、解碼器向資訊提供中心聯絡，即可在電視螢幕上出現所需資訊。
