Abstract:	安南報告的工作團隊於一九七四年四月十日由Mr. Toy Jenkins宣布成立，成立此委員會的目的在於：考慮英國廣播電視服務的未來、對頻道的分配、現有新科技設備的應用等提出憲法、組織及經濟上的一些考慮。本文接續前篇文章，翻譯的是安南報告的下半部。內容從英國廣播電視的節目標準討論起，從新聞性節目、政黨節目、教育節目、宗教性節目、藝術性節目、電視影集、體育性節目、兒童節目、科學和技術節目、消費者節目等，都分別做了討論，列出不同節目中需各自遵守的節目播放原則與規範。本文最後則是根據國際電續傳播會議和廣播管理（The International Telecommunication Convention and the Radio Regulations）以及歐洲廣播會議（European Broadcasting Convention）的規定，說明英國目前所獲得權力使用的頻道範圍以及其服務的人口比例作簡略的介紹。
