    摘要: 本文力圖將資訊蒐集工作置於資訊資源管理的框架中加以考察，資訊蒐集是資訊資源管理過程的一個重要環節，它直接決定著資訊資源貯藏的質量與特色，並間接地決定著使用者資訊需求的滿足程度。資訊蒐集始於資訊源的分析與確定，重點是資訊的選擇與獲取，而終於資訊轉換的完成。
    This paper tries to study information collecting work within the framework of Information Resource Management (IRM). Information collecting is an important link of IRM process, it determines directly the quality and characteristics of information resource stock of on organization and, indirectly the degree of satisfaction of users information requirements. Information collecting begins with analysing and fixing of information sources, and ends with information transformation.
