Abstract:	本文說明值得圖書館員思考的三個問題，探討圖書館員倫理，希望能對圖書館員的觀念有所澄清：(1)圖書館員究竟在做什麼？(2)圖書館員工作的意義為何？(3)圖書館員如何達成工作任務？ This paper describes three problems to be pondered by librarians and discusses the ethics of librarians in the hope that the conceptions of librarians will be clairfied: 1.What is the task of librarians after all? 2.What is the significance of the librarians work? 3.How can librarians accomplish their tasks?
