Abstract:	本文擬針對網路計量學的主要內容，包括網路連結、網路內容、網路探勘(Web mining)、網路影響因素(Web impact factor)等加以探討，並進一步以數位圖書館為研究主題進行實證研究，以見證網路計量學之應用並總結網路計量學之問題。 This article describes the major studies of webometrics, such as web link, web performance, web mining, and web impact factor. Applying bibliometrics techniques, an experimental research was conducted to investigate the distributions of domain names and of links between web sites for digital libraries. Some problems with webometrics are also discussed.
