| Abstract: | 本研究旨在建構符合國內教育現況之國民中學校長科技領導i-VISA指標與權重體系，作為國民中學校長實行科技領導之參考依據。本研究首先訪談五位具有科技領導實務經驗的校長，彙整並歸納相關建議，同時也針對校長科技領導研究進行相關的文獻探討，建立國民中學校長科技領導i-VISA指標初稿，接著以學有專精、熟稔科技領導學理基礎之專家學者4位，實務方面具有實施科技領導經驗的國民中學校長6位，共計10人作為研究對象，經過兩次德懷術問卷調查，建構國民中學校長科技領導i-VISA指標，最後再利用層級分析法及Expert Choice 2000軟體建立指標權重體系。
本研究建構之國民中學校長科技領導i-VISA指標及權重體系包括五個層面、39項指標。五個層面權重與排序依次為：「基本設施與科技支持」（29.1%）、「成員發展與訓練」（26.0%）、「願景、計劃與管理」（22.0%）、「人際關係與溝通技巧」（16.7%）及「評鑑與研究」（6.2%）。最後依據研究結果提出建議，提供國民中學校長以及後續研究作為參考。
The purpose of this research is to formulate the technology leadership i-VISA indicators and weight system of junior high school principals in compliance with the current Taiwan’s education situation, and take them as the references for implementing technology leadership of junior high school principals.
In this research, five principals with practical experience of technology leadership were interviewed at first, and relevant suggestions were arranged and summarized. At the same time, relevant literature review was conducted for the research on technology leadership of principals, so as to determine the first draft of i-VISA indicators for the technology leadership of junior high school principals. There were ten research subjects, including four experts and scholars who are professional and familiar with the theoretical base of technology leadership, and six officers who are successful in implementing practical technology leadership. The i-VISA indicators for the technology leadership of junior high school principals were built through two Delphi technique questionnaire surveys. Finally, the indicator weight system was built by means of analytic hierarchy process and Expert Choice 2000 software.
The technology leadership i-VISA indicators and weight system of junior high school principals built in this research contain five levels and 39 indicators. The weight and ranking in five levels are “Infrastructure and technology support” (29.1%), “Staff development and training” (26.0%), “Vision, planning and management” (22.0%), “interpersonal and communication skills” (16.7%), and “Assessment, evaluation, and research” (6.2%), respectively. At last, some suggestions were put forward based on the research results and provided for junior high school principals and future research as references. |
