Title:	新生活運動與婦女組織(1934-1938) New Life Movement and Organization for Women (1934-l938)

Abstract:	新生活運動是中國近代政治史和社會史上的一件大事，對國民習性與國民生活的改造、新社會風氣到新社會模式的樹立，以及剿共、抗日等戰役的成敗，都有極大的影響。新運的目標既然是改造全民生活，婦女是家庭的核心，中國國民黨自然期望占人口半數的婦女能積極參與。本文即在討論中國國民黨如何動員婦女參與新運，婦女新運的工作與內涵，並論及婦女新運在推行過程中所產生的問題，希望籍此呈現婦女在新生活運動中的貢獻與身影。宋美齡在運動的推行和宣傳上扮演了「火車頭」的角色，她更憑藉深厚的宗教背景及良好的英美關係，促成政府與教會合作。中國國民黨為有效動員婦女參與新運，1936年春，在新生活運動促進總會下另設婦女指導委員會，該會主要工作，包括：視察各地婦女工作、編輯刊物、設計、擬定各種工作分案、訓練課程等。1938年因抗戰爆發，婦女新運的工作性質與組織皆有所變革。另外，訓政時期國民黨著意於強調賢妻良母的婦女形象，藉由新生活運動的推行，展現訓政時期國民黨所勾勒的新女性形象。但活動最後卻走向取締婦女奇裝異服一途，模糊了民眾對新生活運動的認識。就婦女參與新運而言，並非毫無成績，最重要的是，抗戰前婦女所組成的新運團體，集結了部分婦女工作者，抗戰爆發便成為各地進行抗敵救亡的婦女基本組識，新運婦指會更成為統籌全國婦女運動的領導機關，對於抗戰時期婦女工作計劃的制定與工作的開展，功不可沒。
