Abstract:	電影作為一門藝術，從誕生之初就被介紹到中國來，也就是說中國電影事業的發展幾乎與世界是同步的。電影的影響力可謂是全面性，從人們的食衣住行育樂，無不一與電影息息相關。同樣的，1930年代，國民政府為統治上需求，以及面對來左翼電影的挑戰，因此積極的從事電影宣傳教育。張冲，就成為中國電影承先啟後的一個重要角色。當時主掌國民黨宣傳系統的陳果夫、陳立夫兩兄弟，極力扶植張冲進入電影宣傳體系，希望運用張冲專長，來了解各國電影發展現狀，進一步促進中國電影事業，也寄望張冲特務出身的背景，以便於反共宣傳的運作，打擊與查禁那些不利於國民黨統治的影片。整體而言，張冲主持中國電影事業發展的時間不算長，但在他任期內，中國電影走出國門迎向國際，讓世人看見中國，奠定了未來中國電影事業的基礎。
