    Title: 新北市國中校長專業領導、校長情緒勞務與教師兼任行政工作意願關係之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以新北市國中教師為研究對象,探討新北市國中校長專業領導、校長情緒勞務與教師兼任行政工作意願關係之研究。首先,透過文獻資料蒐集,瞭解校長專業領導、校長情緒勞務與教師兼任行政工作意願之內涵,來建立本研究之架構及發展研究問卷。其次,在文獻探討完後,決定採問卷調查法之分層隨機抽樣,共發出810份問卷,有效問卷共734份,可用率達90.6%。
      運用SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計分析、差異分析、相關分析、多元迴歸與階層回歸分析發現到結論如下:
    一、新北市國中校長專業領導具中高程度,以「公共關係」層面最佳。
    二、新北市國中校長情緒勞務具中高程度,以「情緒勞務規範」層面最佳。
    三、新北市國中教師兼任行政工作意願具中度程度,以「主管領導影響因素」層面最佳。
    四、在「校長專業領導」變項,不同「性別」、「服務年資」、「現任職務」與「學校規模」有顯著差異。
    五、在「校長情緒勞務」變項,不同「最高學歷」、「服務年資」、「現任職務」、「學校規模」與「學校位置」有顯著差異。
    六、在「教師兼任行政工作意願」變項,不同「年齡」、「現任職務」與「學校位置」有顯著差異。
    七、新北市校長專業領導、校長情緒勞務與教師兼任行政工作意願相互間具正相關。
    八、新北市校長專業領導、校長情緒勞務對教師兼任行政工作意願具預測力,依序以「深層情緒演出」與「行政領導」最具預測力。
    九、新北市校長情緒勞務於校長專業領導與教師兼任行政工作意願間具中介影響。
    This study takes the staff of junior high school teachers in New Taipei City as the research object, and explores the relationship among the principals’ professional leadership, principals’ emotional labor and willingness on teachers who concurrently works on administration works of junior high schools in NTPC.
    First, the literature review was conducted to realize the principals’ professional leadership, principals’ emotional labor and willingness on teachers who concurrently works on administration works of junior high schools in NTPC to construct the research framework and develop the questionnaires. After literature reviewing, A stratified random sampling questionnaire method was adopted. Formal survey of 810 questionnaires should be accepted, and 734 valid questionnaires were recovered. The recovery rate is 90.6%.
    The data were analyzed in descriptive analysis, difference analysis, related analysis, multiple regression Analysis and hierarchical regression by SPSS. The main finding of the research are as follows:
    1.The principals’ professional leadership of junior high school in NTPC is moderately high, and the “public relationship” is the highest level.
    2.The principals’ emotional labor of junior high school in NTPC is moderately high, and the “emotional labor rule” is the highest level.
    3.The willingness on teachers who concurrently works on administration works of junior high schools is moderate, and the “leadership influential factors ”is highest level.
    4.Gender, length of service, current position and school scale showed significant effects on teachers’ perceptions of the principals’ professional leadership.
    5.Terminal degree, length of service, current position, school scale and school position showed significant effects on teachers’ perceptions of the principals’ emotional labor.
    6.Age, current position and school position showed significant effects on teachers’ perceptions of the willingness on teachers who concurrently works on administration works.
    7.There is significantly positive correlation among the variables of the principals’ professional leadership, principals’ emotional labor and willingness on teachers who concurrently works on administration works.
    8.Both the principals’ professional leadership and principals’ emotional labor of junior high school in NTPC can predict the willingness on teachers who concurrently works on administration works, the following order, “deep emotional performance” and “administrative leadership” are the most predicitive.
    9.The principals’ emotional labor have the mediating effect between the principals’ professional leadership and the willingness on teachers who concurrently works on administration works.
