    Title: 楊逵與賴和的文學因緣

    Abstract: 在臺灣文學史上，楊逵被視為賴和文學的繼承人。兩人年齡相差十一歲，其關係親如父子兄弟，亦如師友。經濟上揚逵曾經接受賴和的援助；文學方面，賴和為楊逵取筆名，並實際在文學創作方面給予指導，現存揚逵手稿〈貧農的死〉上有賴和潤飾的筆跡可玆證明。蒙受賴和栽培之恩，揚逵運用個人的影響力，將賴和介紹給對其作品完全陌生的日本文壇與戰後中國來臺的知識份子，對賴和的文學成就有宣揚之功。比較兩人的文學風尚可以發現‘楊逵的作品確實跟賴和文學的精神有近似之處。本文主要從楊逵的作品來找尋證據，探討兩人在文學上的關係。希望有助於了解賴和在臺灣新文學史上的角色，並藉此一窺楊逵文學歷程之淵源，做為研究臺灣新文學發展的依據。
