Abstract:	近10年來，我國由於相關社會、經濟政策之缺失以及產業的轉型和外移，造成區域發展不均、貧富差距拉大、高失業率、鄉村人口外流等現象，加以921大地震對於鄉村、社區之經濟造成很大的衝擊，為了能夠達成社區居民在「生活」、「生態」及「生產」之目標，社區產業乃在政府與社區居民的共同推動下而產生。在社區產業的推動過程中，第三部門扮演著重要的角色－－恢復與發揚社區文化，並提升社區產業（如藝術作品、手工製品及農特產）之品質，俾達成「文化」與「經濟」兼顧之目標。蘇澳白米社區以合作社模式來推動社區產業，實有其特殊性，因為合作社雖具企業之特性，更具有社會、經濟、文化及教育之功能。因此，本研究透過文獻探討與個案研究方法，對白米社區合作社之經理進行深度訪談，試圖發掘出個案社區合作社在推動社區營造與社區產業之特色與優勢，進而提出其發展模式以及相關研究建議。
