Abstract:	在臺灣，地方文化產業之發展已成為尋求文化永續、改善生活空間、創造就業機會與振興地域經濟所採取的重要途徑或策略。一般而言，地方文化產業的供給是由各式各樣的生產單元所組成，非營利組織、營利組織與政府部門均有其組織行為與角色，且形成一種相依存、互補的關係，而地方文化產業的推動，不僅可帶動地方經濟的有形效益，亦能提升地方文化認同的無形效益。本研究是以苑裡藺草文化產業為案例，來探討非營利組織、營利組織與政府部門在藺草文化產業發展過程中扮演的角色。研究發現，不同部門在藺草文化產業不同發展階段的參與情形是不同的，且不同部門在不同階段的使命與任務也存在著差異，各自扮演著不同的角色，也各有其角色分工。至於非營利組織、營利組織與政府部門間的關係，當處於同一領域之文化經濟時，會受到產業經濟結構影響，發展出一種既競爭又合作的關係。
