    Abstract: 由於網路革命、新興科技出現與社會變遷,圖書館環境與服務快速變革與轉型。另一方面,圖書資訊學系所畢業生就業市場也發生改變,亟需探討圖書館與資訊服務的未來工作。能力模式研究有助於未來圖書館員工作的探討,目前鮮有未來圖書館與資訊專業能力相關研究。本研究旨在從圖書館與資訊專業人員角色與工作任務,未來五年圖書館與資訊專業新工作與新能力角度,探討未來五年圖書館與資訊專業能力模式。本研究採用疊慧法,邀請 30 位圖書資訊學教師與圖書館專家參與疊慧小組,進行三回合疊慧問卷調查,最後獲致圖書館與資訊專業能力模式,涵蓋:圖書館與資訊專業人員的工作職務,未來五年新工作與關鍵新能力,未來五年圖書館與資訊專業能力清單,由圖書資訊學專業基礎、資訊知識徵集與組織、資訊服務與推廣行銷、管理、溝通與合作,資訊科技與應用,研究、企劃與學習六大能力領域及 46 項指標組成,以及核心能力清單。
    Due to the Internet revolution, the emergence of new technologies and society changes, the library services are rapidly changing and transforming. Besides, the job market for graduates of the schools of Library and Information Science (LIS) has also changed, and there is an urgent need to explore the future work of libraries and information services. Competency model research is helpful to exploit the work of librarians in the future. Presently, there are few researches related to the professional competency of future librarians. The study aims to explore the library and information professional competency model in the next five years from the roles and tasks of library and information professionals, the new tasks and new competency of library and information professionals in the next five years. The study adopts the Delphi method, inviting 30 LIS faculty members and librarians to participate in the Delphi group and conduct a three-round Delphi questionnaire survey. Finally, the library and information professional competency model is constructed, covering job tasks, new tasks and new competency in the next five years, a list of library and information professional competencies in the next five years, consists of library and information science basics, information knowledge collection and organization, information service and promotion marketing, management, communication and cooperation, Information technology and application, research, planning and learning six competence areas with 46 indicators, as well as core competency listing.
