| Abstract: | 本研究探討臺灣地方行政區公教人員比率對行政區儲蓄率之影響及儲蓄率之空間效果。為了將一行政區與周圍行政區間之空間相依性納入考量，本研究以各個行政區之相對地理位置為依據建立空間相依矩陣，並採用空間計量模型中之SAR模型進行實證分析。
研究結果顯示，行政區之老年人口比率及服務業就業人口比率等解釋變數對行政區之儲蓄率之影響皆為顯著且負向。在行政區層級之解釋變數中，公教人員比率、人均可支配所得及一般生育率等因素對行政區之儲蓄率具有正向影響，而老年人口比率則對行政區之儲蓄率具有負向影響。
This study explores the impact of the ratio of public and educational personnel in the local administrative regions of my country on the savings rate of the administrative region and the spatial effect of the savings rate. In order to take into account the spatial dependence of an administrative region and its surrounding administrative intervals, this study established a spatial dependence matrix based on the relative geographic location of each administrative region, and used the SAR model in the spatial econometric model for empirical analysis.
The research results show that explanatory variables such as the ratio of the elderly population in the administrative region and the employment-to-population ratio in the service industry have a significant and negative impact on the savings rate in the administrative region. Among the explanatory variables at the administrative region level, factors such as the ratio of public and educational personnel, per capita disposable income, and general fertility rate have a positive impact on the savings rate of the administrative region, while the ratio of the elderly population has a negative impact on the savings rate of the administrative region. |
