| Abstract: | 1969年我國第一部國語連續劇「晶晶」在中視播出後造成廣大迴響，接著1971年華視創立後，便開始了台視、中視及華視（俗稱老三臺）的電視劇之爭。從這時起，看電視成為當時人們生活中很重要的一部分，乘載著過去社會的共同記憶，其所留下的檔案紀錄，更可以協助我們還原當時的社會樣貌及文化脈絡。然而，對於電視文化遺產的保存，則是等到近幾年才開始，相較於自1980年代開始進行的電影文化資產，整整晚了40年，使得許多珍貴檔案因保存觀念的缺乏及天災人禍而佚失、損毀，實為遺憾。
本研究為了解電視劇檔案的產生及典藏管理情形，以國家電影及視聽文化中心及老三臺中的各類檔案典藏單位作為研究對象，透過深度訪談法了解電視
劇在製作過程中產生的物件與資料及機構之檔案典藏管理方式，最終分析上述研究結果，為電視劇檔案的保存提出永續建議，包括借鑑國外著作登記及法定寄存模式、進行跨機構間的合作交流以及培養專業人才並推動機構習。
In 1969, the broadcast of our country`s first Mandarin TV series on China Television (CTV) stirred significant resonance. Following the establishment of Chinese Television Service (CTS) in 1971, the competition among Taiwan Television (TTV), CTV, and CTS marked the commencement of a rivalry in television dramas among the three major TV stations. From that point onward, television viewing became an integral facet of people`s lives during that era,carrying the collective memories of society at the time. The archival records left behind by these TV shows can assist us in reconstructing the social norms and cultural context of that
period. However, the preservation of television cultural heritage only began in recent years. Compared to the conservation efforts for cinematic cultural assets that commenced in the 1980s, there was a delay of 40 years, leading to the unfortunate loss and degradation of many precious archives due to a lack of preservation awareness and natural disasters.
This study aims to comprehend the generation and management of television drama archives. The research focuses on various archival units within the Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute, as well as the archives of the three major former television stations. Through in-depth interviews, it seeks to understand the objects and data produced during the production of television dramas, along with the archival management practices of the institutions involved. The analysis of these research findings presents sustainable recommendations for the preservation of television drama archives. These recommendations include drawing inspiration from overseas models of copyright registration and legal deposit, fostering collaborative exchanges among institutions, and cultivating professionals while promoting institutional internships. |
