This study aims to explore the development of a wellness village model integrating mind-body-spirit healing concepts under the influence of the New Age movement. With the fast pace of modern life and increasing stress levels, people are paying more attention to their physical and mental well-being. Through literature review and case study analysis, this research explores the historical origins, core concepts, and related healing methods of the New Age movement, and analyzes the demand for mind-body-spirit health in modern society. The results indicate that combining New Age healing practices such as meditation, yoga, and energy therapy, along with the creation of a natural environment, can effectively relieve stress and improve overall well-being. This study further proposes operational models for New Age mind-body-spirit wellness villages, including spatial planning, service offerings, and marketing strategies, aiming to provide a reference for related industry development and promote public awareness of mind-body-spirit health. |
