摘要:	本研究主要目的是探討台灣、韓國以及中國大陸半導體產業之特性、產業概況、發展策略，同時以資源基礎理論探討台灣兩大晶圓代工產業台積電與聯電公司其公司獨特異質性資源，並以核心資源為起點，找出公司能有效運用資源之能力以提昇其競爭優勢，並比較其採取之競爭策略。本研究採探索性之個案分析，針對台積電與聯電公司之資料分析後，發現:(一)核心資源與核心能力是台灣半導體企業競爭優勢之基礎。(二) 台灣半導體企業利用其核心資源和核心能力來執行競爭策略。(三) 台灣半導體企業具獨特異質性資源，且具有不同於其他對手之表現。(四) 當台灣半導體企業有利潤時，將持續發展公司核心資源和核心能力。
