    Abstract: 為提升我國國民中小學行政效能,增益學校永續發展,本研究針對國民中小學各處室的組長,建構學校行政領導人力核心能力指標,並據以規劃專業發展及培訓課程重點與內涵架構。利用工作分析法及焦點團體訪談法對我國中小學教務處、訓導處、總務處和輔導室四個處室共14組組長之工作進行分析。根據研究結果所發展核心能力指標,作為開發相關課程以供國民中小學組長之職前訓練和在職訓練之用。 In order to promote the efficiency of administration and permanent development in public junior high and elementary schools, this research focuses on building the core competencies of school administrators, and design training courses and structure of professional development for those school administrators. By using job analysis and focus group interview, we’ll analyze the relative works of school’s academic, students’ affair, general affair, and counseling offices. Then, according to the result to develop indicators of competences, and develop relative training courses for pre-service and in-service training.
