Title:	促進公眾對於科技的理解及參與---從訊息產製到閱聽眾接收-新聞媒體科技議題報導形式與多寡及其對閱聽眾資訊接收與科技素養形成的影響(I)

Abstract:	本計畫的目的有四：第一、耙梳出媒體報導科技議題的一些常見問題，主要鎖定三個面向來探討，包括：「單一歸因」、「不充分資訊」以及「單向正負價框架」，以內容分析方式來找出這三個問題在電視新聞與報紙新聞上的嚴重性；此外，也將一併分析其他對於科技議題資訊理解可能產生影響的報導形式。第二，瞭解目前台灣民眾的科技素養，並探討媒體接觸程度以及媒體對各個議題的報導多寡是否影響到民眾對於該議題的素養高低。第三、針對上述三類報導形式可能產生的影響提出相關的概念模式，並以實驗方式透過民眾實際觀看不同的報導素材來檢測之。第四、根據內容分析與實驗的結果，針對優秀的新聞報導案例進行蒐集，並匯集於一個開放的網路數位學習平台，提供新聞業者一個報導時的參考範本，同時也可作為民眾搜尋科技議題資訊的平台。本年度完成食品健康議題的報紙內容分析、全國健康素養之電話調查以及報導形式對於民眾接收影響之實驗。
