    Abstract: 本研究主要探討確定提撥制下的最適資產配置。在確定提撥制下，員工需 承擔投資的風險，因此，如何管理退休帳戶中的投資策略以因應退休後的需求， 是非常重要的課題。有關確定提撥制下的資產配置的研究中，較少文獻探討多期 的資產配置，本研究主要是利用演化策略(Evolution Strategy)演算法，應用於確 定提撥退休金製度中，解決多期資產配置的問題。本研究首先建立資產及負債的 估計模型，利用隨機投資模型（Wilkie, 1995），以模擬的方法，配合演化策略 (Evolution Strategy)的理論，針對確定提撥制下員工之特定的退休需求，計算其 所需的提撥率，及適當的資產配置，使員工能達到最有效率之資產負債管理，其 中，退休需求的衡量是以所得替代率來評估，本研究會提供最佳提撥率、資產配 置之數值結果及其相關敏感度分析。
