Abstract:	為了更能系統化、科學化地進行研究，東西方學者發展出許多研究途徑來探討中共外交政策，本文旨在介紹、分析這些研究途徑，說明這些研究途徑的優缺點，提供國內中共研究、外交政策研究及中共外交政策研究者參考。從有關中英文著作分析，中共外交政策主要研究途徑有九種：歷史文化、意識形態、國家利益、決策領袖個人、策略三角、國際體系結構、派系政策、決策系統及多元因素等。這些研究途各有優缺點，但對中共外交研究都頗具有解釋力，在中共外交政策學術研究方面，提供了極具價值的研究方法。歷史文化、意識形態、及決策領袖個人等三種研究途徑，以中共為特殊對象進行研究，提供深刻而獨到的解析面向，惟易受簡單化、特殊化之批評；戰略三角、國際體系結構研究途徑從國際層面著手，但概念與運作上則受到質疑；國家利益及決策研究途徑提供了更科學性的研究向度，惟兩者皆易受到時空人事環境轉移而轉變的限制。多元因素研究途徑雖有過於複雜化的質疑，但研究者可從此途徑作分析的切入點，再針對不同時空環境，不同議題對象，參照其他研究途徑的優點，歸納整理出一套更有係統的研究方法。
