Abstract:	隨著一九九七年七月泰銖貶值所引發的亞太金融危機出現後，香港及中國大陸的經濟均受到負面影響而向下調整，惟自一九九八年至今兩地的相互投資及政策發展，尤其是大陸對外投資政策及在港投資的香港中資公司均有一定程度的進展，因此本文除了重點說明上述期間兩地相互投資的規模及運作外，亦將會包括香港中資公司的真實具體情況，如內部管理、監督機制等來進一步瞭解香港的中資公司。再者，中港兩地投資對台灣的經濟發展確有極大的關係，因此本文深入剖析香港中資的本質與在港的具體經營情況，及其對香港經濟的正負面影響，有助於台灣政府日後擬訂中資來台投資相關政策的重要參考。 Despite the negative impacts of the Asian currency crisis, investment and policy development in Mainland China and Hong Kong have been continuously progressing. This paper analyzes Mainland China and Hong Kong investment activities and policy development in 1998 and early 1999. Particular attention is paid to business activities, internal management, and corporate governance of Hong Kong Mainland-funded enterprises.
