    摘要: 學術期刊開放存取(Open Access)模式約略可分為四種:"直接開放存取"、"延遲性開放存取"、"部分開放存取"及"復合式開放存取"。本研究以此四種歸類執行臺灣人文與社會學期刊開放存取模式之主編調查與"復合式開放存取"政策訪談,相較于歐美之發展,2013年研究發現臺灣人文與社會學的開放存取期刊模式并非主要型態,社會學類期刊尤為明顯。問題顯現臺灣學者與政府對開放存取期刊政策不明朗,這對于學術出版產業與學界而言,利弊互見。
    The models of Open Access on academic journal publishing can be classified into four groups: direct OA, delayed OA, partial OA and hybrid OA. This study conducts a survey based upon these models for journals and editors in the field of humanity and social sciences in Taiwan. The surveys reveal that OA policy and its related perceptions are not yet the main concerns of scholars and editors. The benefits of implementing OA policy in Taiwan remains to be seen in the future.
