| Abstract: | 檔案為一國家重要的資產，人民應要知道檔案的重要性，但使用者對於檔案的認知還是較陌生的，因此顯示了數位檔案加值的重要性，而國內數位檔案加值應用相較於國外還是於起步階段，且許多應是國內檔案典藏機構需保管與典藏的檔案是分散的，因此這也使得數位檔案加值應用之發展有限。
本研究藉由文獻分析瞭解國內外檔案典藏機構之數位檔案加值現況，並透過問卷調查與深入訪談，以瞭解檔案機構人員與使用者對於數位檔案加值應用之觀點與想法，綜合分析其結果，提出我國合適之數位檔案加值應用的意見，以供未來國內檔案典藏機構參考。
依據研究結果分析，本研究認為機構的人力學術背景、宗旨以及其主要使用者需求會影響機構加值方向；在沒有良好的展示環境與加值技術情況下，並不建議使用原件檔案進行加值，國內檔案機構使用者逐漸在增加；學術使用者與非學術使用者皆重視數位檔案加值應用之創意性與素材內容主題，最後則是數位檔案加值應用確實能為檔案典藏機構帶來許多後續效益。
Archive is the important value of the country, and people should know the importance of archive. But archive`s knowledge was strange for the users, and this revealed the importance of add-valued application of digital archives. However, to compare with other countries, the add-valued application of digital archives in our country was in the starting stage, and many archives which should be taken care of and collected were dispersed. Therefore, this made the development of the add-valued application of digital archives.
For this reason, this study through literatures to analysis the add-valued application of digital archives condition of the archival repositories in our country and the other countrys. Through surveys and interviews, the opinions of archivists and users were analysed to propose some suggestions. And than, this study aggregated analysis to raise the suitable add-valued application of digital archives for our country and be as the reference for the archival repositories in the future.
According to the findings, this study conclusion included that the staffs`s science, aim, and user`s main requirement in archival repositories will influence the aspect of the add-valued.In bad display environment and poor add-valued technique, it didn`t suggest progressing the add-valued with original archives. Scholars and non-scholar both respected the originality and theme of the add-valued application of digital archives. Finally, the add-valued application of digital archives can bring the follow-up benefit for archival repositories. |
